How To Get To The Anderson Tours Travel Shop:
Closest Tube –
Goodge Street.

Directions from Goodge Street station – Exit left out of the station, then take the first street on the left, Tottenham Street (Starbucks on corner), walk straight up Tottenham Street until you hit Charlotte Street. Anderson Tours Travel Shop is located on the opposite side of the road by the pedestrian crossing.

Credit Agent

We pay a generous commission to our registered credit agents.  On approval of your credit agent application we will provide you with your login to our agent website where you can view the tours, availability and book online.  We would invoice for payment monthly/where applicable minus your commission.  Its as simple as that!  You would have access to the system 7 days a week and don’t need to call anyone to confirm anything as the E-Tickets will be available to you as soon as you’re booked on!

 

Website Affiliate Commission

We have a online network of websites who link to our products from their sites which we track with our online system.

We’ll pay you a commission for every click through that converts to a booking a confirmed booking on our website.

We run reports on the 1st of each month for you to invoice for your commission!

  • I haven't received my E-Ticket, what do I do?

E-Ticket enquiries: Please check your Junk Mail Filter (and allow bookings@andersontours.co.uk to your safe senders list)

If you have booked a tour on our website and have not received your E-ticket, please contact us at info@andersontours.co.uk immediately.

Alternatively if it falls on a day our office (Weekends & Bank Holidays) is closed we will be unable to resend the E-ticket to you, so please ensure you know where your pick up point time and details are, and take your World Pay payment confirmation email with you as this shows the booking reference also.

If you are unable to PRINT your E-Ticket, please thoroughly read your E-Ticket and note down your booking reference and pick up point and time.

 

  • Where is my pick up point?

The details of your pick up point can be found on your E-Ticket; the details below may vary but are applicable for most tours.

Please see below the General UK Coach Day trip pick up points (located close to London Underground Tube Stations), please remember to arrive 10 minutes before your pick up time as we are unable to wait for passengers running late!

7.30am LONDON BRIDGE: Outside London Bridge Hospital on Tooley Street, opposite the London Dungeon
7.55am KINGS CROSS:
Outside Camden Town Hall on Euston Road, opposite St Pancras Station, Bus Stop A
8.10am BAKER STREET:

8.25am VICTORIA:

  • Where do the tours end?

We will drop off the passengers at the same place we picked them up from at the start of the tour or as close as possible to the starting point.

 

  • Can specific seats be requested/reserved on the coach?

Unfortunately we do not offer a reserved seating position; first come first served!

 

 

  • I am travelling with an infant do I have to pay for a seat?

Yes. All passengers including infants must have a seat on all coach tours.  You must pay the child price and ensure you bring a suitable car seat if the child is unable to sit unassisted in a seat with a seat belt on.  Babies and children can not travel on their parents laps due to UK safety regulations.

  • Do you go to DisneylandParis?

We offer this as an optional extra for our Paris weekend breaks. Your tour manager will advise you of all your optional extras at the beginning of your tour. Alternatively you can book this online along with any other extra’s during the booking stage where prompted.

 

  • Do I have to book my tour in advance or can I show up and pay on the day at one of the pick up points?

Unfortunately not, tours can be booked online up until midnight the day before the tour. We are unable to accept bookings on the day of the tour due to availability and operational reasons.

 

  • Can I pay for my tour in cash?

Yes you will need to come to our office during opening hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm to book your tour. We are unable to hold places without full payment. You can book all of our tours online with a credit or debit card using World Pay.

 

  • If I miss my tour can I move to another date?

Unfortunately not, please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding missed tours and cancellations and we suggest also contact your travel insurance provider.

 

We advise passengers to arrive 10 minutes early to their pick up point as the times stated on the E-Ticket are departure times, and we cannot wait for late running passengers.

 

 

  • I have a group and want a private booking/a tour you don’t offer, can you help?

We have a custom tours service for Groups using our fleet of mini coach & full size coaches offering a tailored service for your groups.  We can also arrange airport transfers to your accommodation for groups should this be required, please email your quote requests to info@andersontours.co.uk – we are unable to quote for individuals or over the phone for private hire.

 

 

  • I wish to cancel my booking/change the date

Please refer to the cancellation/changes policy in the Terms & Conditions. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to info@andersontours.co.uk, cancellation & amendment fees apply which can be found at here

 

  • I couldn’t get a visa to travel, can I cancel/change to another tour?

Please refer to the cancellation/changes policy in the Terms & Conditions

 

  • I’m trying to make a booking but it won’t let me select any passengers, but it doesn’t say sold out?

If no seats are showing for you to select this could be that another agent/customer through our website are currently holding those seats during the booking process.  To avoid double bookings we have a system in place for this.

 

If the system does not show as sold out, then please wait a while and refresh, as occasionally people quit the booking process but it suspends the seats for up to half an hour.  In this time unfortunately, we cannot pick up these seats either, so if you call you will be advised of the above.  It is likely though that the tour could be sold out once you refresh so may try another date.
