Summer of fun at Warwick Castle

Those heading on a Stratford and Warwick Castle luxury coach tour could be in for a treat this summer.

Each day until September 5th, the medieval attraction is set to feature its famous Jousting Knights, who will give visitors a fantastic display of lancery and horsemanship.

However, the rebel Barbarian hoards are also planning numerous invasions at the site in the hope of ousting the brave Warwick warriors in a ferocious battle.

If skill with a bow is more your cup of tea then the archery display might be more to your liking, while the Flight of the Eagles show will see the castle's resident falconer and his birds of prey give an entertaining display.

New to the attraction this year is the Sword in the Stone, which the wizard Merlin has enchanted in order to help him find the next Knight of the Roundtable.

Those who can break the spell and pull the weapon from the rock will be made an honorary knight of Warwick Castle.

Other events at the site this August and September include Dungeons After Dark and the Kingmaker's Medieval Banquet.
