Leeds Castle and Rochester - Dickens Festival

Anderson Tours tour to the Dickens Festival includes entrance to the "most beautiful castle in England".  Established over one thousand years ago on two islands in the middle of a lake! It has a year round calendar of events which adds to any visit!

Our day also includes a visit to Rochester, Charles Dickens' city of great expectations, where a guided tour is included.  The Dickens Festival has celebrated the area's lasting connections with Charles Dickens for more than a quarter of a century.

07.30 - 09.00hrs London pick-ups - London Bridge, Kings Cross, Charlotte Street, Baker Street, South Kensington, Earls Court.

After our pick ups we depart London for Rochester.  On arrival a one hour walking tour with a local guide will commence exhibiting beautiful Rochester including the castle and cathedral.  After the guided tour, you will have plenty of free time to explore this city on your own.  After our visit to Rochester the coach will take you to the magnificent Leeds Castle.  Entry here is included as well. 

18.30hrs Approximate arrival back in central London.
